Use cross multiplication to get:
2 x 5 = 1/3x
10 = 1/3x; divide both sides by 1/3

x = 30 feet

Another way to do this would be to figure out how many groups of 1/3 there are in 5 inches or 5÷1/3. This answer is 15. This means it would be 15 groups of 2 feet or 30 feet.

The width is 30 feet.
